Technical Capabilities

Our co-extruded barrier films are high performance three, five and seven layer films used for demanding applications such as vacuum packing, gas flushing hot filling pasteurisation, sterilisation, MAP, freezing, chilling and thermoforming.

The 5 and 7 layer nylon and /or EVOH barrier films offer gas barrier, aroma barrier, flavour retention, chemical resistance and sealant layer is engineered to meet specific requirement

Our Films are manufactured in a  state-of-the-art manufacturing facility comprising of the latest technology from the world leaders in multilayer blown film extrusion with gravimetric feed systems, optifil P2K thickness control systems, internal bubble cooling systems from Windmoller & Holscher , Germany.

High performance high barrier films are manufactured in a state- of-the art 7 layer 7 extruder blown film line from Windmoller &  Holscher , Germany.

Facility to offer to rotogravure printing upto 8 colours

Facility to manufacture vacuum and non-vacuum 3 side seal bags and pouches.

Experienced Technical, Design,  Pre-press, Printing and Marketing Support to offer packaging solutions.

Well equipped laboratory ensures that our products meet precise  customer specifications .

Only food grade resins procured from globally renowned companies are used.
